Neotro Fits
A Pakistani menswear brand selling cargo trousers, denim, chinos and shorts. The Shopify store pairs editorial hero slides and bold category banners with a product page built around size, delivery and exchange.

Project overview
Neotro Fits sells men's bottoms and layers to customers across Pakistan: denim trousers, cargo trousers and cargo jeans, chinos, pajamas, shorts, shirts and winter jackets. Prices are in rupees, most items are shown with a percentage saving, and the store is built around a small number of strong product families (the Urban and Explorer lines) rather than a long list of unrelated categories.
Business requirements
A clothing store selling trousers online has to answer the questions that stop a first-time buyer: will it fit, when will it arrive, and what if it doesn't work out. The site answers all three in the open. Sizing is handled with a size guide and sizing-advice link on the product page, delivery is covered by a constantly scrolling announcement bar and an estimated delivery window on each product, and the exchange policy and “open before payment” promise are repeated in several places. Sold-out items stay visible with a Notify Me option instead of disappearing.
Visual direction
The look is monochrome and editorial: a black-on-white header with a bold NF mark, large photography of models in the product on neutral architectural backgrounds, and heavy, tightly set headlines such as “Still put together.” Colour comes almost entirely from the clothes themselves (camouflage, denim blues, olive and khaki), so the product is always the loudest thing on the page. Buttons are solid black with an arrow, which keeps calls to action consistent from the hero to the product page.
Store experience
Navigation is deliberately short (Trousers, Cargo Jeans, Shorts, Winter Jacket, Clearance Sale), with search, account, wishlist and cart in the header. The homepage then splits discovery two ways: big image banners for the lead categories, and a grid of eight category tiles below. Product rows (men's jeans, trousers, shorts) are carousels with Choose Options buttons. Collection pages open with an editorial banner such as “Explorer: Cargo Trousers & Joggers” before the filters and grid. Product pages stack size selection, quantity with a live subtotal, Add To Cart, Buy It Now, delivery and returns information, and Product Details / Shipping & Return tabs.
Responsive experience
On a phone the hero slides stack into a single column with the model above the headline, the announcement bar keeps scrolling, and the header collapses to a menu button with the Neotro Fits name, search, account and cart. Category banners and product cards stay full-width and thumb-friendly. Captured at 1440 px and 440 px wide for this case study.
Design highlights
The strongest decision is how much of the buying journey is visible without scrolling or clicking: the delivery promise sits above the header, the sale price and saving sit beside every product name, and the sizing help sits directly under the size picker. The editorial collection banners also give each product family its own identity inside a standard Shopify structure.
