Case study · E-Commerce / Unstitched Menswear Fabric
Khurana Textiles
A Pakistani brand of unstitched men's fabric. The Shopify store opens on a full-screen seasonal hero, in a black and gold identity, and puts suit-length options and colour swatches on the product cards.

Project overview
Khurana Textiles sells unstitched summer and winter fabric for men. Customers buy by the suit length, choose a shade, and take it to their own tailor, so the store has to communicate fabric quality, colour accuracy and price at a glance. Named fabrics such as Marcopolo, Scorpion and Bravo are sold in a handful of lengths, each with a set of numbered shades.
Business requirements
Selling fabric online means a shopper cannot touch it, so the store leans on photography and on making colour choice easy. Every card shows the available lengths and a block of swatches, and the product page repeats the shade list with codes (such as MP-01 to MP-14), plus a note that colours on screen can vary slightly from the real fabric. Because many customers in this market prefer to confirm an order by chat, each product also carries an Order on WhatsApp button next to Add to Cart.
Visual direction
The identity is dark and premium: a black header with a gold wordmark and a small ornamental mark, gold accents on the active menu item, buttons and the shipping strip, and a warm grey and white body that lets the fabric photography carry the colour. The hero uses full-bleed lifestyle imagery (a model in an off-white kurta beside an antique gramophone in the capture used here) with restrained type and a single outlined call to action, which suits a premium-fabric brand better than loud sale graphics.
Store experience
The main menu is only four items (Home, Shop, About Us, Contact) with search, sign in and cart beside it. Discovery happens on the homepage instead: a New Arrival block with a large central image and smaller side images, the Summer Collection as a row of detailed product cards, and a Popular Collection below. Collection pages add a filter drawer, sorting and numbered pages, with Sold Out items clearly marked. On the product page the sticky add-to-cart bar repeats the product name, chosen length, shade and price so a buyer never has to scroll back up.
Responsive experience
On a phone the hero keeps its full-bleed photography with the headline and call to action below the image, the menu collapses to a hamburger with the centred wordmark and a cart icon, and the gold shipping strip and trust icons stack into a single column. Captured at 1440 px and 440 px wide for this case study.
Design highlights
Putting length and shade selection on the product card is the distinctive move: the choice that actually decides the purchase is available before the click-through. Combined with the sticky add-to-cart bar and the WhatsApp ordering option, it makes a fabric catalogue feel closer to a tailor's counter than a generic product grid.
